Ingredients: 4 strips bacon (diced); 1/2 cup leeks (chopped); 1/2 cup celery stalk (diced); 2 cups cauliflower florets (nd chunked cauliflower stem, about ½ inch in size 2 cups chicken bone broth, homemade or store-bought); 8 ounces cream cheese (in package, (Kite Hill dairy-free cream cheese if dairy-free), softened ); 1/2 teaspoon fish sauce ((optional)); 1 1/2 teaspoons Sea Salt; 1/2 teaspoon black pepper; avocado oil (or extra-virgin olive oil, for drizzling); fresh thyme (leaves, for garnish)
