Ingredients: 4 slices bacon ((beef bacon if pork free) (omit if vegetarian) ); 4 medium sausages ((chicken sausages if pork free) (omit if vegetarian) ); 4 protein sparing pancakes (or blender pancakes (see ingredients below)); 8 large eggs; 1 tablespoon butter ((or coconut oil if dairy free) ); sea salt and pepper to taste; 4 large eggs; 4 large hard boiled eggs (peeled); 1/2 cup almond flour (blanched, or 2 tablespoons coconut flour); 1/4 cup collagen (powder, vanilla-flavored (optional)); 2 tablespoons Natural Sweetener (confectioners’-style erythritol or equivalent amount of liquid or powdered sweetener ); 2 teaspoons vanilla extract; 1/2 teaspoon baking powder; 1/4 teaspoon Redmond Real Salt; coconut oil (for the skillet)
