Ingredients: 1 3/4 cup fresh mozzarella (cheese, shredded); 2 tablespoons cream cheese; 3/4 cup pork rinds ((Pork Panko) (or almond flour if pork free) ); 1 egg; 1/8 teaspoon Sea Salt; 1 cup marinara sauce ((I used Rao’s) or pizza); 1 cup fresh mozzarella (shredded); sliced cherry tomatoes ((to look like decorations) ); red bell pepper (sliced thin); 8 slices Canadian bacon (cut into large star shapes (use cheese if vegetarian) )
