20ouncesbone-in pork loin chops (four 5- ounce, about 3/4 inch thick)

Preheat grill to medium-high heat. While the grill is heating, prepare the chops: pat the pork chops dry and season both sides liberally with salt and pepper.

When the grill is hot, place the chops on the grill and cook for about 3½ minutes, then flip them over and sear the other side until the chops are cooked through, about 3½ more minutes (the cooking time will depend on the thickness of the chops). Meanwhile make the BBQ sauce or get out the AlternaSweets sugar free BBQ sauce.

Brush chops with BBQ sauce and cook a few more seconds. Brush the other side and grill a few more seconds. Remove from grill and serve with extra BBQ Sauce.

Store extras in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. To reheat, place the chops and kraut in a skillet over medium heat and sauté for 3 minutes per side, or until warmed.
