Hello Maria and Craig, Happy New Year to you and your family! I will not be able to attends tonight’s Q&A, but was wondering if you could answer two questions.. .first, I had never heard of gastroparesis until you mentioned it on your lives.. could you speak a little on it, what it is, symptoms etc. Could it be why I feel so full after eating, for hours after? Could it lead to slow bowel formation? Second, Craig mentioned not going #2 on vacation during an LMNT ad. This always happens to me but I just figured my body was adapting to a new environment. Does this actually mean low electrolytes? Thank you❤️

For the second question, yes, the body tends to adapt and adjust to new environments but I find LMNT helps get me back on track quicker. 🙂

Gastroparesis is a condition that affects the normal spontaneous movement of the muscles in your stomach. Ordinarily, strong muscular contractions move food through your digestive tract. But if you have gastroparesis, your stomach’s motility is slowed down or doesn’t work at all, preventing your stomach from emptying properly.
