Ingredients: 2 tablespoons butter (unsalted or ghee (for cabbage noodles)); 4 cups cabbage (very thinly sliced or raw spiral-sliced zucchini noodles ); 2 teaspoons Sea Salt ((for zucchini noodles)); 1 tablespoon ghee (or unsalted butter); 1 cup mushrooms (sliced); 1/4 cup leeks (diced or onions); 6 spears asparagus ( cut into 1-inch pieces (tough ends trimmed)); 1 clove garlic (mashed to a paste); 4 ounces cream cheese ((½ cup), softened); 1/2 cup turkey bone broth (or chicken bone broth, homemade or store-bought); 1 large egg (beaten); 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese (shredded, divided); 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (grated); 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning; 1/2 teaspoon Sea Salt; 1/4 teaspoon black pepper; 3 cups turkey (diced leftover cooked); fresh flat-leaf parsley (chopped for garnish (optional))
