To make the Naan Bread, place the whites in a clean, dry, cool bowl. Add the gelatin and salt and whip on high for a few minutes until VERY stiff.

Gently fold in the egg white powder and spices.

Heat a teaspoon of coconut oil in a frying pan on medium-high until a drop of water will sizzle. Once it is hot, place a circle of dough on the pan. Fry until golden brown, about 1 minute. Flip and cook another minute or until golden. Remove from heat and place on a plate.
