Cut the protein sparing bread into thin French fry shapes. Spray on all sides with avocado oil spray.

Place the fries into an air fryer basket (or on a rimmed baking sheet in preheated 400 degree F oven) and cook for 10 minutes, flipping after 5 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked to your liking.

Remove from heat and place onto a paper towel. Sprinkle with salt. Best served fresh.
