Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place a piece of parchment on a rimmed baking sheet and Lay prosciutto in a single layer.

Bake for 15 minutes, then turn the oven off while leaving the prosciutto in the oven for another 10 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool completely for them to crisp up.

Serve as chips or with slices of mozzarella cheese (omit for dairy free).
