Pork chops with carmelized onion cream sauce

Cook bacon until crisp. Remove from pan. Reserve bacon fat.

Cook sliced onions in bacon fat until browned and soft, over low heat. Remove onions from pan.

Add pork chop and extra oil if needed. Brown chop over medium high heat for three minutes.

Turn heat down to medium and flip chop. cook for 7 minutes and remove to rest until a tent of alum foil Add chicken broth to pan, deglaze browned bits. Add cream, lower heat. Cook until mixture thickens slightly and then return onions and bacon to sauce. Serve over pork chop.
