Easy Protein Sparing Soft Shell Crab with Ginger Sauce
Ingredients
4softshell crabs
EASY GINGER SAUCE
1/4cupapple cider vinegar
2tablespoonslime juice
3scallions (chopped)
2tablespoonsfresh ginger (minced)
1/4teaspoonstevia glycerite

Make the Easy Ginger Sauce. Place all the ingredients into a blender or food processor and puree until smooth. Set in the fridge for 20 minutes for the flavors to open up.

Next, prepare the crabs. Place the cleaned crabs with bottom side up in a steamer basket in one layer.

Cover and steam for 10 minutes or until crabs are cooked through.

Serve the steamed crab with ginger sauce.

Store extras in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days. Can be served chilled.
