Preheat oven to 325ΒΊ F. Cut stalks out of mushrooms, and then divide pesto between them, spreading it around the inside.

Slice the brie into small slices that will fit into your mushrooms (the size will depend on how big your mushrooms are).

Lay slices of brie on top of pesto.

Place on baking sheet and bake for 15 to 18 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbling.

Store extras in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days. To reheat, place on a baking dish in a 325 degree F oven for 5 minutes or until heated through.
