Ingredients: 1/2 cup Powdered Natural Sweetener (-style sweetener or equivalent amount of liquid or powdered sweetener); 1/2 cup coconut vinegar; 2 tablespoons coconut aminos ( or 1 teaspoon wheat-free tamar); 1 tablespoon tomato paste; 1 garlic (roasted or smashed to a paste); 1 teaspoon fresh ginger (grated); 1/4 teaspoon guar gum ( (natural thickener), optional); 1 1/2 cup coconut oil (for frying); 8 ounces cream cheese (1 package, or Kite Hill cream cheese if dairy free, room temp); 2 ounces can crabmeat (drained); 1 teaspoon scallions (finely chopped); 1/4 teaspoon fresh ginger (grated); 1/2 teaspoon Redmond Real Salt; 16 prosciutto (large slices, very thinly sliced )
