Heat the ghee in a cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat.

Using your hands, form the ground meat into 3 patties. Season the outsides of the patties with the salt.

Fry the burgers in the skillet for about 3 minutes on each side or until done to your liking.

Top each burger with crumbled feta and cover the burgers for 30 seconds or until feta is soft.

This dish is best served fresh, but any extra burgers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat the burgers on a baking sheet in a preheated 350°F oven for 5 minutes or until warmed through.
