Lightly grease a quality non-stick skillet with avocado oil spray. Heat the skillet to medium-high heat. Add the egg white and season the white with salt. Cook for one minute, flip and cook another minute. Remove from heat and set the white onto a plate.

Place the one pancake on a plate. Top with a breakfast patty, slice of ham, the cooked egg white and top with the other pancake. Best served fresh.
