Heat cast iron skillet to medium high heat and fry the bacon until crisp, about 3 minutes per side. Remove bacon from heat reserving the bacon drippings.

Using your hands, form 8 small patties. Season the outside with salt and pepper.

Fry the sliders in the pan on both sides until done to your desired doneness.

Serve each slider with a slice of bacon and drizzle of Ranch, if desired. Best served fresh.
