Ingredients: 1 1/2 pounds ground chicken; 3/4 cup mushroom (finely chopped (adds umami and moisture) ); 1/2 cup basil leaves (chopped fresh); 1 teaspoon italian seasoning; 1 teaspoon ground dried oregano; 3 garlic (minced (or 3 cloves roasted garlic)); 1 1/2 cups Primal Kitchen pizza sauce (or I used Rao’s to save time oregano leaves ); Parmesan cheese (shredded for garnish (omit if dairy free) )
