Place all the ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. Pour into an ice cream maker and churn, following the manufacturer’s instructions, until the ice cream is set. Serve immediately or transfer to a container and freeze for up to 1 month.

Variation: Popsicles. If you don’t have an ice cream maker, pour the liquid into 8 Popsicle molds. Freeze for at least 3 hours or until set. Store covered in the freezer for up to 1 month.
