Ingredients: 1 pound flank steak (sliced very thinly against the grain); 1/2 cup beef broth ((homemade preferred, boxed will work but you will need guar gum for thickener)); 4 tablespoons coconut aminos ((or organic Tamari sauce)); 3 tablespoons MCT oil; 1 tablespoon garlic (minced); 1 tablespoon fresh ginger (grated); 1 tablespoon black pepper; 1 teaspoon fish sauce ((optional for umami)); 4 small dried Thai chiles; 1/4 teaspoon guar gum ((natural thickener) ); 1 medium green bell pepper (cut into thin strips); 1 medium red bell pepper (cut into thin strips); 1/2 cup onion (cut into thin strips); 1 teaspoon Redmond Real Salt (fine grain); 1/4 cup coconut oil; 4 large bell peppers (for serving)
