Place the Cottage Cheese into a blender, and puree the until smooth and creamy. Scrape down the sides to ensure there are no lumps. Add the Equip prime protein and puree until combined.

Place the chopped unsweetened baking chocolate in a double boiler (a heatproof bowl over a pot of simmering water) or microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring each time until fully melted.

Add the melted chocolate to the blender with the allulose and stevia glycerite. Puree until very smooth. Taste and adjust sweetness to your liking.

Pour into serving cups. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or until firm. Serve with fresh berries if desired!
