Ingredients: 1 tablespoon ghee (or coconut oil); 1/4 cup onion (diced); 2 garlic (minced); 1/4 cup Gorgonzola cheese (crumbled, plus extra for garnish); 4 ounces cream cheese ((1/2 cup), softened); 1 cup chicken broth (homemade or store-bought); 14 1/2 ounces tomatoes (canned, with juices); 1 1/2 cups tomato sauce; 2 teaspoons dried basil; 1/2 teaspoon Redmond Real Salt; 1/4 teaspoon black pepper; basil leaves (fresh, for garnish); ghee (melted, or avocado oil, for drizzling); 8 large eggs; 4 hard boiled eggs; 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese (powdered); 1 teaspoon onion powder ((optional)); 1 teaspoon baking powder; 1/2 teaspoon Redmond Real Salt; 1/2 cup ghee ( or coconut oil, melted but not hot, plus extra for the waffle iron); 15 slices Gruyère cheese (cheddar, Swiss, or fontina cheese (or all four!))
