Answer for What is your recommended intake of food for someone who is breastfeeding a 6 month old while following a keto-adapted lifestyle? Also are there any specific supplements that you suggest while breastfeeding to benefit both myself and my daughter?

Well, following a well formulated keto lifestyle is best. 70-80% fat, 15-20% protein, 5% or less total carbs.  You might also want to go dairy and nut free for a couple weeks (2-4 weeks).

We have meal plans that make this really easy to do. Or just follow the recipes on this website.

For supplements, a bifido bacteria probiotic, magnesium glycinate, K2 and D3 (if D levels are below 50) are great for everyone. Anything else specific to your situation we would have to do a health assessment to know what your specific symptoms are.  L-carnitine can help with energy and getting weight moving too.
