Answer for How much organ meat?

Good question.  It is hard to say exactly as it depends on several factors (your vitamin levels, deficiencies, etc). But all organ meat is really good for you and high in vitamins and minerals. For the most part, the more the better (with possible exception of liver which too much could lead to vitamin A toxicity).  But if you can work in a couple times a week, that is great. We have our chili recipe that using a little ground liver. Great for hiding it.
