1/4ounceunsweetened baking chocolate (1/4 to 1 ounce depending on how dark you like it)

Place cocoa butter in a double boiler and heat on medium high until fully melted (or microwave safe bowl and heat on high for one minute, check and heat for 30 seconds until melted). Melting cocoa butter takes longer than traditional fats. Add chocolate and stir until well combined. Stir in natural sweetener. Stir in extracts and salt.

Place a piece of parchment onto a baking sheet. Place small ¼ inch dollops of chocolate about ½ inch apart on the parchment. Continue with chocolate. Place in the fridge until set. Use to garnish bars.
