Ingredients: 8 ounces cream cheese (1 package, softened); 4 tablespoons dried chives; 1 pound can crabmeat ( lump, drained and squeezed of excess moisture); 1 tablespoon mayonnaise (homemade or store-bought); 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (powder, (or 2 tablespoons coconut flour if dairy-free)); 1 large egg; 1 teaspoon fresh ginger (grated); 1 clove garlic (smashed to a paste or minced); 1/4 cup lard ( or coconut oil, for frying); 1/2 cup coconut aminos (or 2 tablespoons wheat-free tamari); 1/4 cup chicken broth (homemade or store-bought); 1/4 cup Powdered Natural Sweetener; 2 cloves garlic (minced); 1 1/2 teaspoons fresh ginger (grated); 1 teaspoon lime juice (fresh); 1/8 teaspoon guar gum ( or xanthan gum (optional, if using store-bought broth)); scallions (Sliced, for garnish)
