The cleanse you can get in ebook on Kindle. No, the recipes listed as in the cleanse are not in the Art of Fat loss ebook.
I am on the Carnivore Diet should I eat only meat for the PSMF, I am allergic to eggs, nuts, grains, gluten etc….
Hi. Yes, PSMF can easily been done while carnivore. Simply choose sources of lean animal protein that fall within your PSMF macros.

It can be difficult for some people to do strenuous exercise on PSMF days. Try exercising on your regular keto macro days if the issue persists.

Hi Maria and Craig loved the course which game me a greater understanding of PSMF days.
In the UK we really struggle to get the ingredients and supplements. We incur huge shipping costs. We can’t even get the egg life wraps ..😮 come on!
You have so many followers all over the world I was wondering if you can suggest or recommend away we can get round this issue? Or if you could provide alternative ingredients in the receipts going forward?
For egglife wraps, you can use this instead:
For sweetener, any erythritol or stevia sweetener is good. Or monk fruit. Lakanto is a good one in Europe.
For egg white protein powder, look for meringue powder. It is just powdered egg whites.

How do you feel about using essential amino acids to get to your protein goal if you enjoy doing OMAD during the week and it makes sense too with schedules etc. but can’t eat enough in one sitting?
We don’t recommend most people do OMAD. Most people won’t get enough protein in and can’t hit their protein goal in one meal. So eating two meals is a better idea.
