Place the ingredients for the patties in a medium-sized bowl and use your hands to combine well. Form into four 3½-inch round patties.

Place the pork panko into a shallow bowl. Dip each patty into the pork panko and use your hands to form a crust around each patty.

Place patties into the air fryer at 375 degrees F for 5 minutes. Use a spatula to flip the patties and cook another 5 minutes. If you have a smaller air fryer, you may have to do this in two batches.

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat, place the burgers in air fryer at 350 degrees F for 4 minutes or until heated through.
