Place all the ingredients to a high-powered blender or food processor until creamy and whipped. Taste and adjust sweetness to your liking.

Place in the freezer for 1-2 hours for a thick ice cream treat!

Add the mixture to pint container and give it a general mix. Freeze 24 hours. Select the 'light ice cream' button for the first cycle and re-spin as needed.
