To heal from dairy sensitivity there are two primary things. Â #1 remove all grains (forever). Â #2 remove all dairy (for at least a couple weeks or month). Grains damage your villi (little finger like protrusions in your intestines). You process dairy at the end of the villi. Â So once your villi heal, you can try re-introducing dairy (or get stool test again). Â
To test for sensitivity, weigh yourself in the morning, eat dairy that day and weight yourself the next morning. If you gained weight (water weight) then eliminate dairy for a couple more weeks. 🙂
