Answer for What is the best way to recover from a slip up?

It depends how many carbs and how deep in ketosis you were.  If not many and been in ketosis for a while (couple months) then you can be back in ketosis in a day or less.  If not, could be a couple days.  

To get back just go back to eating keto and drink lots of liquids to help detox. If it was a big binge (things with lots of food dyes, etc) you could add milk thistle to help detox. 🙂
