Answer for Protein intake

There are several ways to get your bodyfat %.  Some scales even do it (although not very accurately).  If I had to guess I would say your lean mass is about 110-120 pounds.  So your protein would be 55-60g a day (if metabolic issues) or 80-85g a day at high end (0.7 times mass). So looks like you are doing good. 🙂
