Hi, That label cannot be correct. fiber is a carb so the carbs total should be at least 20g. Â I am not sure why they would do this (you can call them and ask).Â
As for fiber, yes, I always count it as total carbs. Â Too much fiber can effect blood sugar and kick you out of ketosis.Â
Again, not sure about carb labeling. Â Maybe something different about how the EU labels them?
