Answer for Labels and carb/fiber count

Hi, That label cannot be correct. fiber is a carb so the carbs total should be at least 20g.  I am not sure why they would do this (you can call them and ask). 
As for fiber, yes, I always count it as total carbs.  Too much fiber can effect blood sugar and kick you out of ketosis. 

Again, not sure about carb labeling.  Maybe something different about how the EU labels them?
