Answer for I'm trying to lose weight. I use the app My Net Diary. I set my calories for 1200. The macro grams came out as follow : fat 107 gram, carbs18 grams, protein 42grams. So these are the grams I should reach for each day to try to lose ???

This looks pretty good, yes.  Comes out to 80% fat, 14% protein and 6% carbs.  Should get you on the path to reaching your goals. 🙂
