I wouldn’t worry as much about getting your fat to a certain level. Worry about getting total carbs below 20g or so a day and keep protein moderate (50-90g a day or so). If you do that your body will be in nutritional ketosis so it will use body fat for fuel if you don’t get enough dietary fat to fuel you that day. 
Otherwise, fat bombs are the best for increasing fat without increasing carbs or protein too much.
