Number one is no sugar. Those organic baby foods are probably pretty high in sugar. Try hard boiled egg yolks, avocado, etc. Bifido bacteria probiotic. Breastfeeding certainly does help. Can depend on a lot of variable too. Our boys had cold almost continuously the first winter home and that is also just part of the process of building better immunity. They only get a couple colds each winter now.
