Answer for Am I over supplementing?

Early on many supplements can be helpful in getting you to your goals and helping you heal. Once you are closer to your goals you may find that you don’t needs some of the supplements anymore.  If your thyroid gets balanced out and you can stop the iodine and selenium then thats great!  When closer to weight goals L-carnitine could be stopped if you like (but is great for energy) and possibly the CoQ10 (but its great for heart health so could continue).
But some supplements can always be beneficial.  For us we take bifido bacteria, magnesium, D3 (mostly in winter) and K2 as well as multi. Maria also take several more for sleep, hormones, etc.
