Super Easy Weekly Challenge Meal Plan September 2025

Here are the weekly challenge meal plans. Each month a new one will be added.

With any of these plans don’t force yourself to eat if not hungry. But prioritize the protein sources (over added mayo, tallow, etc.) to make sure you get enough protein each day or at least average out to it over the week. If you are shorter than 5’6″ and can’t eat all the protein, that is OK. Just eat until satiated. If taller than 5’10” then you can add some protein if needed. Just double up one of the recipes and eat two servings.
