Maria and I stagger our sleep a bit. We find it fits our schedules well. Maria goes to bed at about 8PM and gets up about 5AM or so. She works before our boys wake up. I go to bed later and get up later. Â I usually answer questions, etc later in the day when Maria is winding down. We both get at least 8-9 hours of sleep each night.Â
As for posts, we can schedule posts to go out early in the morning. 🙂
