Answer for Looking for a good soup recipe

We have a tuscan style kale and sausage soup coming in our new cookbook. Just add some extra oil (little coconut oil or lard, etc) and avoid root veggies in it. Then if ratios are off a bit have a higher fat side or next meal. 🙂
