Answer for intermittent Fasting Day

I would try to get a little more protein with some fat. Maybe 20-30g protein with same grams fat and no carbs. 
 
Maria and I eat a IF with 6 hour eating window everyday in maintenance. It is great for metabolism (and makes it easier). 
 
As as for calories, we have people follow their bodies. If you are hungry don’t force yourself to eat. You do want to get decent enough protein to preserve muscle mass but that is about it. More on this here.
