With each printing of the books we update any errors that are found. If your copy is before these updates, you can use this list for corrections.

The 30 Day Ketogenic Cleanse:

Page 180 Snickerdoodle Waffles nutritional info is without the Creme Anglaise.

Page 182 Chocolate Waffle recipe nutritional info is without the Chocolate sauce.

On page 284 Tom Ka Gai, Should be 1 cup napa cabbage, NOT 2 cups.

Should read.

On page 285 the second day breakfast, the 3 ounces of ham is cut off. It should be like page 283 second day breakfast just with dairy free ranch instead.
Page 126 first paragraph it says:
“a healthy thyroid produces hydrochloric acid (stomach acid). When the thyroid is underperforming stomach acid is produced, which causes food to sit in the stomach too long, resulting in perforations…”
It should say:

The list is PUFA fats. The trans fat list is on end of last page. So that heading needs to be above the bulleted list at end of last page:

Then the chart on page 273 needs to be put below the text in middle of page that reads:
