Yes, erythritol is about 70% as sweet as sugar cup for cup (Swerve is same sweetness).  But erythritol is what gives Swerve the cooling aftertaste. You can try mixing less swerve with a little stevia glycerite to balance the sweetness. So if recipe calls for 1 cup Swerve, use 1/2 cup Swerve and 1/2 a teaspoon or so of stevia glycerite to taste.
